Ellen Hampton, President

Ellen Hampton’s life has been defined by caring for others. Raised in Jerome, Idaho, and the oldest of five, she has spent decades serving families through both business and ministry.

Alongside raising a large and blended family—including foster children—Ellen and her family operated restaurants for 40 years while also running a Certified Family Home, providing compassionate end-of-life care. Their work later expanded into a Residential Habilitation Agency, supporting adults with disabilities.

Ellen founded HISway as an extension of her lifelong commitment to faith, service, and community. Today, her leadership at Treasured Home reflects that same calling: to serve God by caring for others with love, dignity, and purpose.

Holland Baskett, Secretary

Holland is a natural connector and advocate for meaningful change. Her passion for the foster care system began at just eight years old when her grandmother became a foster parent.

With a background in leadership at Keller Williams and now serving with HISway, Holland brings creativity, energy, and vision to Treasured Home. She plays a key role in building community awareness, organizing events, and using technology to connect people to the mission.

She is passionate about bringing people together and creating spaces where lives can be impacted for the better.

Betty Reimann, Director

Marsha Moser, Treasurer

Marsha brings over 25 years of experience in banking, along with a lifelong passion for serving others. Raised in a Christian foster home, she has a deep, personal connection to the mission of Treasured Home.

She was married to her husband, Paul, for over 40 years before his passing in 2023. Their life together was rooted in faith, love, and a shared commitment to family—a foundation that continues to shape how she serves others today. Marsha is also a proud grandmother and great-grandmother who deeply cherishes her family.

She has been actively involved in nonprofit work for many years—supporting fundraising efforts, serving as a treasurer for multiple organizations, teaching Sunday School, and mentoring youth.

After relocating to Boise, Marsha continues to pour her heart into serving the community. Grounded in her faith, she believes in the good in people and is dedicated to helping create opportunities for children to thrive.

Betty serves with a deep sense of faith and dedication to the Treasure Valley community. Her thoughtful perspective and steady support make her a valued member of the board.

As a member of Friendship Celebration Church, Betty is grateful for the opportunity to help advance the mission of Treasured Home and support children and families in need.
